Three-month temporary contract for generalist HR Business Partner within the mining sector
An immediate opportunity exists for a generalist HR Business Partner to join this mining house based in Perth CBD.
Reporting to the HR Manager and operating as part of the wider human resources team, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Developing and implementing the performance review process
- Supporting the annual remuneration and benchmarking framework
- Provision of generalist coaching and development for line management
- Leading case investigations for resolution of grievance and displinary management
- Provision of support in the design and implementation of performance improvement plans
- Supporting the identification of talent for effective succession planning and career development plans
- Ad hoc project management
To be successful in your application, you will be a generalist HR practitioner who has recently worked in a Business Partnering capacity, ideally within the resources sector. It is essential that you possess a generalist background and have a working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards.
This position is to commence immediately, will be office based, and duration is three months at this stage.
