About the opportunity
Our client is seeking a highly motivated HR Business Partner to join their team in Perth. Reporting to the CFO, you will collaborate with leaders globally, ensuring HR initiatives align with the company's objectives. Key responsibilities include employee relations, recruitment, HRIS management, and policy compliance.
In this role, you will but not limited:
- Support managers in handling employee relations and performance management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for general employment queries.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding projects, ensuring an effective hiring process.
- Maintain HR documentation and database integrity.
About you
We're seeking a candidate with a relevant HR degree or equivalent experience, strong knowledge of employment legislation, and proficiency in HR software. You should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
