What You Will Be Doing
Peninsula Health is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to provide expert consultancy advice and support to Managers and staff on all aspects of the Human Resources function, with a particular focus on employee relations. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for ensuring that advice, processes and tools align with Peninsula Health policies, industrial obligations and best practice HR management. In addition, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for implementation of strategic and operational priorities to assist the organisation in the management and engagement of our workforce.
Position Description
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
• Demonstrated Business Partnering and coaching experience within a medium to large organisation
• Demonstrated experience working in a unionised environment, leading and assisting with negotiating Enterprise Agreements and building productive union relationships
• Experience with a wide range employee and industrial relations issues
• Experience preparing Fair Work Australia processes, including document submission and participation in conciliation
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
