About the Role: As our HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in collaborating with Branch Management to ensure our workforce is equipped with the necessary skills, manpower, and working conditions to thrive. You'll assist in coordinating operational shutdowns, draft and interpret Enterprise Agreements, provide valuable counsel to branch leaders, and facilitate various HR functions, including disciplinary procedures and workplace investigations. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving compliance, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring seamless HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Branch Management on workforce planning and staffing needs.
- Draft, analyze, and interpret Enterprise Agreements.
- Provide timely advice and support on HR matters to branch leaders.
- Coordinate EBA Negotiations and compile documentation for regulatory bodies.
- Facilitate disciplinary procedures and performance management in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct workplace investigations into employee grievances.
- Coach and advise branch leaders on HR policies and procedures.
- Deliver accurate and informative reports to internal and external stakeholders.
About You:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a related HR position, preferably in a similar industry.
- Qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in EBA/Award Interpretation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing demands.
