Based at our Townsville office you will be working closely with our Delivery Teams to deliver outstanding customer care services. You will enjoy working in a dynamic environment and help ensure strong relationships are built across our business – locally, regionally and globally.
Reporting to the HR Director in Brisbane and closely connected to the National HR Team you will display a confidence to undertake all aspects of HR with a flair to attract the best candidates to our roles as required.
Let’s talk about what your day-to-day could involve:
- Providing advice on all human resources matters, including coaching and mentoring.
- Assisting the leadership team to proactively drive attendance and conduct and performance management processes
- Managing employee grievances and conducting investigations as required.
- Providing interpretation of the Contract Call Centre Award to ensure compliance.
- Completing the administration of the recruitment and selection processes for all site-based roles.
- Contributing to the development, implementation and maintenance of HR policies and systems.
- Delivering the global HR calendar including, annual performance reviews, merit cycles, succession planning.
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:
- Relevant experience in a similar role or working across a wide range of Human Resource activities
- Excellent communication and high attention to detail with ability to prioritise
- Self-direction and personal initiative
- Positive outlook and possess skills to establish and maintain good relationships
- Thorough understanding of Awards, and Fair Work Acts
- Recruiting skillsets - start to finish.
