The Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, this HR Coordinator role is responsible for implementing HR systems, as well as supporting the HR team on the completion of employee relations and lifecycle management tasks for a variety of small to medium sized businesses. Systems training will be provided for the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to discuss HR implementations, including gathering requirements and conducting a system walkthrough
- Be the first point of contact for system support queries.
- Work with the HR Manager to provide suggestions based on HR best practice, and advise how the system can be catered to meet the client’s needs
- Monitor budgets and escalate any issues with the HR Manager
- Provide support to the HR Consultant with managing onboards and offboards, updating employee records, and drafting reports.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of stakeholder management.
You will have a strong desire to learn new systems and invest in your learning. You will have a high level of attention to detail, as well as be proactive in delivering support to our clients and our internal teams.
The successful candidate will also demonstrate the following experience and attributes:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a HR role
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management
- Prior HRIS experience (previous experience with Employment Hero will be highly regarded)
