About the role
As our HR Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to support the HR team in a variety of areas including industrial relations, employee onboarding, performance management, recruitment and medical processes. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised individual who can prioritize competing demands and communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. We’re looking for someone with:
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a HR role
- The ability to interpret Awards and Enterprise Agreements
- Working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and the National Employment Standards
