The Project
CPB Contractors along with our industry partners, have been selected to deliver the Main South Road and Victor Harbor Road duplication projects, with the Department for Infrastructure and Transport located in Adelaide, South Australia.
Your Opportunity

As Human Resources Coordinator, you will be accountable for:
- Providing administrative support within the HR Team and the project, contributing to a responsive HR service across the range of operational areas
- Administer and maintain all HRIS systems including Oracle and PageUp ensuring data is always up to date
- Prepare and administer employment documentation including but not limited to the preparation of transfers, secondments, promotions and terminations
- Act as liaison between employees & payroll as required
- Assist in the coordination of training bookings and maintaining the project Training Needs Analysis
- Assist in the implementation of the project Reward and Recognition framework
- Support the roll out of the project Health and Wellbeing program
- Assist in the preparation of reporting including but not limited to monthly client, monthly project reporting, recruitment activity reporting and other business activity reporting
- Ability to effectively prioritise and manage time and workload
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Business would be highly regarded
- Previous experience in an HR Administrator/Coordinator role
- Demonstrated decision making, negotiation and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve conflict in a high stress environment
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
