Location: Adelaide CBD
Role: FT and permanent
Hours: 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm MONDAY to FRIDAY plus occasional time at project sites (e.g., once a month or once every second month)
Key responsibilities:
- Support HR operations across the full employee lifecycle from onboard to offboard
- Support end to end recruitment processes (sourcing, interviewing, referencing, onboarding, compliance, contracts, inductions, training, performance)
- Support payroll, administrative, operational and Q&WHS processes
- Perform regular reporting and record keeping duties
- Tertiary qualification(s) in Human Resources
- Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a generalist HR support role coupled with recruitment experience of high volume blue collar roles
- Sound computer skills including MS Office and ideally HRIS (HR information System)
- Experience with interpreting FAIR WORK standards and a variety of MODERN AWARDS (e.g., Clerks, Building and Construction, Mining, Hospitality and/or Roads & Transport awards) and also, ideally EBAs
- Positive and resilient attitude to suit a fast-paced and results driven working environment
