MAYDAY Recruitment are excited to be partnering with a Not-For-Profit organisation, who have an exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator to start immediately. This role will initially be for 3 months with the view of permanency for the right candidate. You will be required to work full-time hours Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, and the client does offer a hybrid working model with 3 days in working in their office which is based in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne, and 2 days from home. There is parking available on site. The pay rate for this role is $40 an hour + Super.
Reporting into the HR Manager, this position plays a critical role for the business and requires you to assist with a variety of HR and Recruitment Functions.
Some of your responsibilities will be but are not limited to are:
- Recruitment - assisting in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial assessments of candidates.
- Contracts & Onboarding – Drawing up contracts, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they complete necessary paperwork, receive proper training, and understand company policies
- Learning and Development – Assist in rolling our various L&D activities and functions and keep close records of attendance
- Records Management & Compliance Reporting: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. Ensuring compliance and relevant laws and regulations regarding data privacy and record keeping are met
