The organization
People2people have partnered with a progressive and fast growing Australian owned organisation who have a proud history in building a strong property portfolio comprising of both retail (hospitality) and commercial assets and development sites within Australia and New Zealand.
The opportunity
Reporting directly to the HR Manager but forming part of a strong supportive HR team, you will be assisting with frontline queries from both employees and Line Managers from various sites. In addition, you will be creating new contracts, assisting with variations, compliance support, assisting with recruitment & selection, setting up new employees and coordinating onboarding and training as required.
Selection criteria
- Tertiary HR or related qualification coupled with experience in a similar role
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and communication skills
- Basic understanding of awards and legislation
- Computer literacy – Intermediate MS Office Suite
