You will be operating on a term-time temporary contract and following school hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, promoting a better work-life balance. You’ll collaborate closely with a team of three, overseeing the employee lifecycle and spearheading the upcoming Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) report alongside other HR Coordination responsibilities. This is a 1-3-month Temporary contract, with the potential for extension for those without working limitations. Immediate availability is required for this role, and candidates must be willing to obtain or already have a paid, NSW Working with Children Check.

A snapshot of your role…
- In partnership with the HR Administrator, oversee the creation and updating of employee records as this business transitions from one HRIS to another
- Oversee the preparatory tasks related to the WGEA report, including data collection and analysis, verification, benchmarking, and policy reviews
- Manage the employee onboarding & induction experience including all preparatory paperwork and compliance checks, introduction meetings and school tours
- Collaborate on recruitment processes in partnership with the hiring managers and internal stakeholders
- Assist with any ad hoc HR requests from the HR Manager including Exit Management, training and development administration tasks
