Recently securing a 1 billion construction project, my client is seeking a HR Coordinator to assist with Group Graduate program, this will be for an initial 6-month contract with view to go permanent
Responsibilities, not limited to:
Coordinating and organisation training sessions across the business.
Assisting with managing the Graduate program - admin work, coordination of the events, learning opportunities graduates
Relevant experience as a HR Advisor, ideally within a heavy industry environment
Coordinator HR related activities and projects where required
Some generalist HR work - recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, managing our HR System and employee data etc.
Administration assistance for our HR Executive general manager
Assisting management with performance management and employee relations issues, transfers, and redeployment activities
To be successful in this role you will have:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role
Strong organisational skills and self-motivated
Good knowledge in in Microsoft office programs
Hold a proactive approach to your work and be adaptable to change and new processes
