- Implementing our efficient and effective recruitment practices to attract, screen and select suitable applicants
- Managing relationships with key internal stakeholders and hiring managers; to be a trusted recruitment advisor
- Managing onboarding of new employees
- Collaborating, communicating and working effectively as a member of the wider KU People Services Team
About You
The you will be able to demonstrate the skills developed, ideally, through a prior in house recruitment role. Keen to progress your career and with a desire to go that ‘little bit further’, in short we are looking for:
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and enjoy liaising with Centre Directors and Education and Quality Managers
- A collaborative team approach
- Strong administrative and organisational skills including the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident communication skills face to face and using phone/ Teams/ Zoom and email
- Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude
