The Role
This is a newly created position, providing Administration support to our People, Culture & Wellbeing Hub team. Working within a fast-paced team, you’ll maximise your strong work ethic, attention to detail, administration and customer service skills to deliver timely admin support services to our national stakeholders. This is a full-time role, initially for a 6-month period.
What you will be doing:
- Human Resources lifecycle administration
- Contract generation
- Letters of offer
- Offboarding
- Coordinate contract variations
- Coordinate network probation reviews
- Process parental leave and flexible work arrangement requests
- Monthly reporting
- Compliance admin
- System support, including data entry & record keeping
