About the Role

This role offers flexibility, making it ideal for individuals looking to re-enter the workforce, as it can be adjusted to accommodate school drop-offs and pick-ups if necessary. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the primary responsibility involves providing precise and timely accounting support to the financial team. Regular consultation with key stakeholders is also a crucial aspect of this position.

• Preparation of weekly + monthly reporting 
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Manage bank guarantees
• Document management.
• Provide general office administrative support

About You

• Min 3 years exp in an accounting or finance role (Cert IV desirable but not mandatory)
• Technical knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• High attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and a passion for continuous learning.
• A creative thinker with a positive outlook, and always up for a challenge.
