The bulk of the role will involve employee orientations, benefits administration, compensation, rewards, driving performance, performance management and conflict resolution, but there is great opportunity for developing and refining systems.

Responsibilities of the Role
- Support the leadership team and execute the Group’s human resource and talent strategy
- Provides support and guidance to management
- Manages the talent acquisition process,
- Develop campaigns and initiatives to attract talented professionals
- Analyses trends in compensation and benefits
- Facilitates learning and development programs
- Carry out employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Monitor and implement required changes based on trends, best practices, regulatory changes.
- Identify and recommend areas of improvement
- Conducts regular performance reviews with team members and their respective managers
- Defining growth opportunities and demonstrating the pathway for career progression.
- Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities
- Maintain the onboarding process
- Oversees the development and maintenance of the HR information
- Handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Experience working in HR
- Detail-oriented and organizational nature
- Experience working with ELMO a plus
- Understanding of state and federal HR laws
