AddressEco Structures and WABi Group are looking to appoint an experienced HR Manager in their Fremantle office.
About the Role:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting/interviews to onboarding, ensuring timely and quality hires.
Preparation of Contracts & Job Descriptions.
Develop and implement effective candidate sourcing and recruitment.
Develop and deliver workplace training programs.
Employment Inductions;
Manage offboarding progress, ensuing all checklists re completed and company assets returned.
Maintain a high level of communication with operational personnel.
Manage and actively participate in the recruitment and onboarding process of overseas recruitment
Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
Manage all Workers Compensation claims
Management of Appraisal Process, KPI’s and employee reviews
Employee wellness reviews
Oversee conflict resolution within the workplace.
Management and processing of sponsorships
Manage HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, keeping abreast of legislative changes.
Management of employee warnings and documentation.
What you will need:
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role preferred.
Highly developed computer literacy skills.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements.
Experience working with Employment Hero preferrable.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
