Due to growth, a newly created role as become available for a HR Manager with a strong background in a generalist role with experience building a strong culture and someone who will be providing HR related support and advice to a broad range of stakeholders across multiple sites.

About the role
Reporting through to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for but not limited to;
- Execute HR policies and plans across the business
- Partner with business leaders to provide support and guidance across various HR matters
- Support change initiatives
- Analyse and recognize issues/conflicts related to Employee Relations and recommend solutions and guidance
- Support Employee Development and Learning
- Recognise issues and trend in HR and communicate with HR team for improvements and growth
- Act as a support to Managers through providing advice on performance-based matters coupled with the assistance of training in an effort to upskill the workforce and ensure the right people are in the right roles
- Lead and engage employees towards best practice around Workplace Safety
- Participate in HR initiatives and projects as directed by the Management
- Experience in a Generalist role as an Advisor or HR BP or People and Culture partner min 4 years
- Hold relevant qualifications in Human Resources/ Business or related discipline
- Industries employing a compliment of white and blue collar workforce including warehousing, transport, import/export, manufacturing or construction industries or similar
- Knowledge of ER procedures and processes such as employment tribunals, disability, diversity, and equal opportunities
- The flexibility to travel interstate from time to time
