The Role
This role is a critical position to centralise and implement group recruitment strategies, policies, processes, and activities across the entirety of the business. There will opportunity for you to grow the internal HR team over time and create a support system for all employees and executive management.
- Develop and implement HR strategies
- Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Work with department heads to understand their HR needs
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution
- Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs
- Monitor and analyse HR metrics
- Manage and mentor direct report
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in HR, ideally with companies with 250 + employees.
- Experience in building a HR function/team in an already established business is ideal
- Previous property experience desirable
- Demonstrated experience in 360 degrees on HR
- Experience with successful implementation of new policies and procedures within a large business
- Experience with OH&S across blue and white-collar sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
