Osmoflo Water Management Pty Ltd is a leading Global designer, manufacturer, operator and maintainer of advanced water treatment systems working across different industries, markets and international locations.
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager who has the ‘right Osmoflo attitude’ – a ‘can do’ approach, positive outlook, energy and motivation to deliver. This is a Permanent Full-Time vacancy based at our Burton location and reporting to the General Manager, People, Culture & Safety.
No day is ever the same in this fast-paced Generalist position; your daily challenges are only a drop in the ocean and would involve:
Workforce & Capability Planning;
Remuneration & Benefits;
Recruitment & Selection;
Performance Management;
Training & Development;
Employee & Industrial Relations;
Coaching & mentoring Managers and Supervisors in HR activities;
Providing HR Support to International offices in UAE & India;
Lead and manage a small team to ensure quality, timely & appropriate human resources support.
In addition to the ‘right Osmoflo attitude’, this hands-on HR role will require:
Tertiary qualifications in HR, Psychology or Law;
A proven track record in human resources management and the ability to work collaboratively in a high performing HR team;
A flexible and adaptable approach and the ability to embrace a changing environment;
Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise and develop a small HR team;
A true generalist that has experience supporting training & development, recruitment and IR/ER.
