This highly successful, diverse, complex organisation based in Canberra is looking for a HR Manager to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract to back-fill this position whilst the incumbent is seconded onto a project.
About the Role
The HR Manager reports into a Executive Director, with a dotted line into the CPO and is responsible for managing a small team of 5. You will play a key role in transforming this HR function from a transactional one to a more strategic one and will require someone who can take the whole team on the journey to achieve this.

You will play a key role in transforming this HR function from a transactional one to a more strategic one and will require someone who can take the whole team on the journey to achieve this.
This role will also partner with broader HR specialist teams (CoE) to provide expert, tailored advice and offerings to the client group across rem, development, employee relations and talent acquisition.
Tertiary qualified, you will be a seasoned generalist and business partner who is consultative and collaborative. You will bring strong leadership skills with experience transforming a team. Experience working within diverse and complex environments and your strong relationship management skills are critical.
About ApplyingThis role does offer hybrid working with 2 - 3 days onsite in Canberra each week and will require travel to Sydney to catch up with the broader HR team on a quarterly basis.
