Opportunity Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to oversee the final stages of implementing the Happy HR system and to manage ongoing HR functions. This position starts with a full-time six-month contract, with potential for extension, providing a critical role in supporting our client's growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finalise HR System Implementation: Work closely with senior management to ensure the HR system fully supports operational needs.
- Develop HR Strategies: Craft and implement HR plans that enhance business growth, align with strategic goals, and foster a positive work environment.
- Manage Comprehensive HR Functions: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, policy management, performance evaluations, and more.
- Expert Advice and Support: Advise on changes in industrial relations and manage comprehensive personnel records, focusing on employee development and wellbeing.
What We Require:
- Experience: At least five years in HR management within small to medium enterprises, ideally in legal or professional services.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and adept at managing strategic projects and detailed tasks.
