We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to support the Vine Apparel business with recruitment, training, employee benefit administration, onboarding, and managing workplace relations and some office administration.
Focus on the following areas:
- Employee lifecycle: recruitment, training, skills development, OHS/WHS training,
- Employee relations: up to date with Fair Work codes, OHS, compliance and workplace safety, employee issues/concerns
- Administration: general administration, filing, documentation, managing annual leave and timesheets
Could be 2-3 days a week and could suit someone working around school hours. Happy to discuss part-Time or Contract work.
We operate both warehouse, retail and head office so ideally a candidate with similar experience that has specific knowledge and best practice in national employment standards.
Skills required:
- experience in warehouse, retail, head office staff management
- employee relations experience and employment matters in line with Fair Work Requirements
- Knowledge of recruitment process
- Knowledge of modern awards
- Experience in Human Resource Management (2-3 years experience)
- Excellent communication skills
