Position Overview: We are seeking a transformative HR Manager to join our team in Darwin or Perth. This role offers a unique opportunity to establish new procedures and processes in line with the highest industry standards. We need a driven and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a challenging environment and derives satisfaction from achieving goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provision of HR Advice and Support: Provide day-to-day HR consultancy to managers and employees, covering performance management, employee relations, remuneration, conflict resolution, and full employment cycle.
- Manage Recruitment, Retention, and Performance Strategies: Oversee the recruitment process, develop retention strategies, and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Drive Organisational Culture: Promote a positive work environment consistent with AEA's four strategic pillars.
- HR Policy and Procedure Management: Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance.
Qualifications:
- Degree or tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Human Resource-specific role.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Sound knowledge of legislative frameworks, employment law, and equality in the workforce.
