Duties include but are not limited to:
• Provide high level, timely and professional advice to management and staff in relation to all HR matters, including current employment legislation, enterprise agreement and awards, employee relations, change management, HR planning, retention, performance management and organizational development.
• Ensure a strong and up-to-date HR policy and procedure framework.
• Coordinate and manage the employment process with management
• Working with WHS consultants to ensure AAMS meets all legal WHS obligations
• Ensure all personnel are aware of their rights and responsibilities in relation to WHS.
• Coordinate and manage the workers compensation process including appropriate notification to NT Worksafe and insurer.
