HR Officer to support our clients over the coming months
We currently have an urgent need for an HR Officer to support our clients over the coming months. This role will be a full-time admin/business support role including:
Management of The Probationary Period Register
Management of termination administrative processes
Assistance with data analysis for end of month reporting
Procurement activities (Labour Hire Panel & EAP extensions and purchase orders)
Position Management Preparation for budgeted, cost codes and associated system update
Coordination of HR Services generic email
HR Services administration and filing
Provide excellent customer service to all employees who have queries or requests relating to services provided
Maintain a high level of customer service and relationships with our internal stakeholders
Display a high degree of discretion, confidentiality, initiative and adaptability while prioritising multiple tasks.
Ensure appropriate governance, practices and legislative requirements are met.
Prepare and maintain accurate records and correspondence in line with department and record-keeping procedures.

Position Pre Requisites:
Certificate IV in Human Resources or equivalent relevant qualifications and / or experience
Has completed with Agency a current Police check
Possession of a Class C Driving Licence
Days of work:
Monday to Friday
Hours of work:
8.00am starts at 4.15 pm
7.25 hours per day (30 minute - 1hr unpaid lunch break)
Hourly rate: LGA Level 4
$36.00 per hour (including casual loading)
Start Date:
27 February until end of May
