Seeking a switched on HR/Payroll Manager for highly regarded food supplier, This is a newly created role so needs someone who can take control!
About Them:A long standing highly regarded food supplier with over 140 staff are on the look out for a HR/Payroll Manager. This is a newly created role for the business and needs someone who is experienced who can come in and take full control of the role. Company culture is very important to this business and needs someone who can help maintain and even enhance this. Payroll is part of the role however it wont be forever so we need someone who is happy to take control of this function and in the next 6-12 months have someone take over.
The Role:
For this role you will need to be a well versed HR professional who is dynamic and no job is too big or too small.
Your day to day will look like the following
- Recruitment & selection - onboarding & offboarding
- HR policy
- Performance management
- HR Issues & disciplinary processes
- Training & development
- Payroll - 120+ staff
- Employment Hero management
- HR Strategy
- Well being and People & Culture
- At least 4 years experience in Human Resources as a manager and or Advisor
- Passion for HR
- Happy to be involved with payroll and experience in this area (wont be forever however is part of the role)
- Strong ideas and initiative as well as proactive
- Strong people skills and ability to build rapport and make people feel comfortable
Experience with Employment Hero is highly desirable
