This is a casual position of approx. 24h per week, which can be spread over multiple days (i.e. 3 full days or 5 half days).
Your role:
- Assist in end-to-end employee lifecycle management.
- Conduct regular audits to verify data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of HR-related documents, maintaining confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date WHS records in compliance with regulations and organisational policies.
- Assist in preparing WHS weekly and monthly reports.
- Review safety reports on the company incident management platform, flagging recurrences for WHS team action.
- Other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
This is you:
- Proven experience in HR, safety, or related administrative roles
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, award compliance, and HR documentation
- Confidence with G-Suite (docs, sheets, slides, etc.)
- Naturally organised with excellent attention to detail
- A collaborator who works well across different teams and functions
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Administration or Safety preferred
