HR Partners by Randstad is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity as a HR Specialist to join our client in a stand alone role based in the Inner City (north east) suburbs.This role is a permanent full time position and will help shape the HR function in the key areas of Strategic planning, Talent Acquisition and Retention, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Training and Development and Compensation and Benefits.This is the perfect opportunity for a person who wants to step up and make the role their own coming from either a HR Coordinator or HR Advisor role.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues.
- Handle employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and development.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance appraisal processes and feedback mechanisms.
- Demonstrated experience in performance appraisal process, employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Relevant studies and / or experience in human resources or people management
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a team, contribute positively team operations and working relationships
