About the role:
As a Junior HR Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR operations. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or an individual with a strong interest in HR or alternatively someone with 1-2 years of experience, eager to expand their knowledge and delve into the wider HR domain. We value exceptional attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and contribute to our team's success.
Even if you don't meet all the criteria but hold a qualification in HR or have relevant 1-2 years of HR experience, and possess a drive to learn and embrace new challenges, we welcome you to apply without hesitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including advertising vacancies and preparation of HR documents such as offer letter and employment contracts, letter of variations, change of employment conditions etc.
- Support HR projects and initiatives under the guidance of HR Manager.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
- Coordinate HR meetings, trainings, and events.
- Aid in the implementation of performance reviews and probationary reviews.
- Be an integral member of the ASQ HR and broader Head Office Team, contributing to the achievement of business objectives.
- Day to day HR administration services and monitoring HR inbox.

Key Selection Criteria
1. Graduate in HR or any relevant certificate in HR, or 1-2 years of HR experience.
2. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Passionate and open to learning and taking up new challenges.
4. Organised, systems-oriented and process driven.
5. Sound computer literacy and software skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Ability to follow directions, instructions and work practices.
7. Experience in handling highly confidential and sensitive information.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
