Join the HR/recruitment team for large well-known community Not-For-Profit in South Melbourne to support their in-house recruitment team. Use your recruitment administration exposure to assist with all end-to-end recruitment processes from initial telephone screening to interviews to background and compliance checks as they ramp up their recruitment drive for Residential Care Workers.
Professional communication skills and technical know-how using their recruitment and on-boarding system, LiveHire (will train) ideal.
