Executive Assistant

Where you will be working… Be apart of the team with one of Australia's leading Entrepreneurs within their boutique office located in the fringe of Brisbane CBD. If you are a passionate EA who is confident, has high energy levels and great communication skills this is the role for you!
What you will be doing… In this unique role you will provide a high level of support. No two days will be the same and you will have immense variety in the role! Duties will include

• Schedule and organize meetings, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
• Handle and prioritize email correspondence ensuring timely responses and appropriate action.
• Coordinate and plan events, both internal and external, ensuring smooth execution and a positive experience for all participants.
• Oversee the management of office space, ensuring a productive and organised work environment.
• Handle various administrative tasks in the customary duties of a personal and Executive Assistant.
• Manage information flow, ensuring that principals are well-informed and prepared for meetings and engagements.

Do you have what it takes… To succeed in this role:

• You must have previous experience in an EA position!
• You will be someone who has a high level of customer service and professionalism with a can do attitude.
• You will have strong confidentiality and be extremely trustworthy
