Where you will be working… Be apart of the team with one of Australia's leading Entrepreneurs within their boutique office located in the fringe of Brisbane CBD. If you are a passionate EA who is confident, has high energy levels and great communication skills this is the role for you!What you will be doing… In this unique role you will provide a high level of support. No two days will be the same and you will have immense variety in the role! Duties will include
- Schedule and organize meetings, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Handle and prioritize email correspondence ensuring timely responses and appropriate action.
- Coordinate and plan events, both internal and external, ensuring smooth execution and a positive experience for all participants.
- Oversee the management of office space, ensuring a productive and organised work environment.
- Handle various administrative tasks in the customary duties of a personal and Executive Assistant.
- Manage information flow, ensuring that principals are well-informed and prepared for meetings and engagements.
- You must have previous experience in an EA position!
- You will be someone who has a high level of customer service and professionalism with a can do attitude.
- You will have strong confidentiality and be extremely trustworthy
