IMC are currently seeking experienced HSE Administrator to join the Bayswater based team. The position offers operational and administrative support to the HSE, Quality and Training team. Reporting to the HSEQT Principal, the successful candidate will enjoy a diverse portfolio of work with exposure to Mining, Civil, Drill & Blast, Asset Management and Corporate Services.

- Administer the controlled document system on Sharepoint.
- Administer changes/updates to the IMC Intranet.
- Help maintain the HSEQT system
- Basic training for people on how to use the IMC safety system.
- Assist with tender development, provide documentation relating to IMC systems, processes and key HSEQT statistics.
- Experience with document control
- Experience with HSEQT systems
- Strong trouble-shooting orientation
- Keen to learn new technologies and practices
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- High attention to detail
- Sharepoint experience highly regarded
