Fleet Administrator

Are you a meticulous organizer with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We're seeking a dedicated Fleet Administrator to join our team and help manage our fleet operations efficiently.
The role has 3 key features: administration, customer service, and sales support.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles.
- Ensure all vehicles are properly built.
- Liaise with drivers, mechanics, and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage administrative tasks such as build dates, ETA updates, registration and scheduling with clients and fleet companies.
- General Administrative duties
- Provide high level of Customer service
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Have a commitment to quality.
- Administration experience is required
- Experience in the Motor Vehicle industry is desirable
