Join the Civmec Team This is a great opportunity to join our Maintenance and Capital Works Team who are delivering work across a variety of shutdowns. Located in the Pilbara you will be working with our core crew to ensure the safety and well-being of our team members by partnering with the team to support the delivery of the works, building relationships with those on site and working to always promote CIVMEC' S Never Assume culture. Our team have rolling shutdowns, so whilst you will start in the Pilbara, there will be the opportunity for ongoing work on shutdowns in the same area and other locations. The Role You will be: Conducting HSE assessments and audits for minor shutdown projects. Fostering a safety-first culture by ensuring compliance with industry standards. Monitoring work activities for compliance with safety protocols, identifying hazards. Providing on the spot guidance to maintain a safe work environment. Building trust and relationships with the team to support the delivery of the work. About You To be successful in the role you will possess the following: Proven experience as a HSE Advisor Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey safety procedures and expectations. A safety certification or qualification. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
