Your new company is a training company located in the eastern suburbs.
Your new role
Your new role will see you work with the National HSE Manager to support Workcover and Injury management processes.
This will include:
Worker’s compensation claims
Arranging RTW plans
Investigations of incidents and develop strategies for the future
Provide advice and support to leaders on reducing workplace injuries
Attending WHS training and meetings
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in a similar position, responsible for managing operational activities of the HSE function
Strong communication skills with an ability to advise and influence
Availability for 2-3 months on a part-time basis
What you'll get in return
Hourly rate equivalent to $80-$85k + super annual salary
Part-time hours: 5 half-days or 3 full days per week
