We are looking for an Office Account Administratorto join our dynamic team located in Bunbury!
Tasks and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- General book keeping duties
- Generating reports for management
- Assist with Payroll processing including accounts receivable and bank reconciliations
- Liaise with health insurances as required
- General data entry
- Assisting with internal audits
- Provide support to front office staff
The ideal candidate will have:
- Admin Officer qualifications or significant experience in a similar role
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
- Experience in a busy administration role
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Demonstrated history of strong work ethic and reliability
- Demonstrated high level of problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently (as required) and exercise initiative
- Commitment to providing a patient focused service in a timely, consistent, coordinated and flexible manner
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to multi-task
- Interest in the dental care of patients
- A high level of confidentiality and integrity
