- Position will include mentoring duties
- Responsible for all company HSE & legislative requirements
- Work with a close-knit team of leadership and management & friendly admin team
- Contribute and drive the safety culture with a group of experienced operators
- Some site work - with site based incentives
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 5-10 years' experience
- Diploma/Certificate IV Occupational Health & Safety minimum or Tertiary training
- Proficient in development of new HSE documents
- Experience in Auditing
- Certificate IV Trainer & Assessor
- Excellent communicator & people skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite
- Experience in Bulk Earthworks & Operation
- Valid Drivers Licence
Desirable Criteria:
- Rio Tinto Site Ready
- Former Mobile Plant Operator highly regarded
- Environmental qualifications
- Knowledge of Rio Tinto Site HSE policies and procedures
- Stability and tenure in past roles
