Local builder developer requires experienced HSE Advisor, to manage high-rise residential projects - immediate start.

The Client:
MPL Group has partnered with a local Builder Developer, aligning with their current growth strategy and a pipeline of projects exceeding $150M that are about to commence. The team requires an HSE Advisor experienced in similar construction environments. They maintain up-to-date systems and procedures regarding safety, as they consider the health and safety of their employees to be their utmost priority.
The Position:
To excel in this role, you must have recent experience as an HSE Advisor within a mid or top-tier construction firm, focusing on delivering high-rise residential projects.

• You must be methodical and thorough with your documentation, possessing up-to-date knowledge of HSE regulations.
• You should take full ownership of your duties and meet milestones promptly. Commercial acumen is essential, along with technical expertise to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• A proactive approach is required, with a willingness to engage directly and actively in tasks.
• You must be capable of conducting toolbox talks and carrying out site audits.

Your Experience and Qualifications:

• The successful candidate must possess over five years of recent experience in a commercial construction company, managing similar projects.
• The individual should be skilled in effective communication with Senior Management, local subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Rigorous attention to documentation is imperative.
• The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team is necessary.
• A proactive and hands-on approach is vital for this position.
• The candidate is required to hold at least a Certificate IV in Health and Safety.
