As the HSEQ Business Partner, you will manage and lead the HSEQ internal and external compliance activities in Victoria. As the region's main point of contact on all HSEQ; you oversee the implementation and maintenance of all HSEQ activities, initiatives, projects and reporting.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Promote safety first behaviour and a continuous improvement quality culture, actively engaging with internal and external stakeholders
Plan, consult and manage certification compliance activities incorporating the requirements set out by the Standards and report, escalate and support closure of Certification system gaps and inconsistencies:
ISO9001 QMS, ISO45001 OHS, FSSC, ISO22000, PICS/ GMP (Advocate)
Plan, consult, manage, and formally report IR compliance activities incorporating the requirements set out by IR compliance and report, escalate and support closure of gaps and inconsistencies
Assist, manage and maintain local HSEQ associated training and internal and external inductions; In conjunction with the Facility Manager, continuously review local Training & Qualification Trackers to identify gaps in Operational training or refreshment training
Manage and maintain local Risk Registers including supporting closure of identified mitigation actions through elimination of hazards
Manage, coordinate, maintain and report as appropriate, Transport activities within the Region
Maintain, enhance and support facility security systems and associated risk assessments in conjunction with the Facility Manager and support implementation of actions or improvement programs
Act as a MOC (Management of Change) champion and regularly report and monitor the status of MOCs ensuring associated actions are driven to closure and remain within their deadline remit
In conjunction with the Facility Manager, ensure new contractors are managed in accordance with the prescribed governance
Manage all incidents, unsafe circumstances or behaviour occurring within the Region (including Transport incidents) ensuring initial response, prompt reporting, analysis, identification of actions, creation of incident alerts, assistance in closing actions and consequent follow up
Conduct audits of activities (in line with IMS Internal audit requirements) to ensure compliance with requirements, identification of areas for improvement and follow up / implementation of corrective action
Are you a MATCH?
Strong knowledge and expertise in Regulatory Compliance of gas manufacturing and filling plants is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and regulations and understanding of process
safety preferred
Preferred - Internal Auditor certificate
Preferred - Internal Audit experience (1- 3yrs) in QMS, OHS and/or other discipline
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including demonstrated experience at senior leadership level
Experience in successfully executing change programs, be the "agent of change"
Experience in leading projects
Technical knowledge of ISO9001, IOS45001, FSSC, ISO22000, PICs/ GMP certification standards
A very high level of attention to detail
