About Us: As one of Australia's foremost renewable energy providers, we are dedicated to driving the transition to clean, sustainable energy solutions. With a commitment to innovation and environmental stewardship, we're shaping the future of energy in Australia and beyond.

Role Overview: As our HSE Manager, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to safety and compliance across our extensive portfolio of renewable energy projects. • Oversee incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action planning to prevent recurrence and drive continuous improvement in safety performance.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to site teams on safety-related matters, including training, awareness campaigns, and emergency response preparedness.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate safety considerations into project planning, design, and execution processes.
  • Stay abreast of evolving regulatory requirements, emerging trends, and best practices in health, safety, and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field; relevant certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in health, safety, and compliance management, with a proven track record in a corporate or industrial setting.
  • Strong expertise in conducting on-site risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety management systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian health and safety regulations, standards, and legislative requirements, particularly within the renewable energy sector.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development in health, safety, and compliance.

Why Join Us:

  • Make a significant impact in driving safety excellence and shaping the future of renewable energy in Australia.
  • Join a dynamic and collaborative team of industry leaders dedicated to innovation and sustainability.
  • Enjoy competitive compensation and benefits, including opportunities for career advancement and growth.
  • Be part of a company that priorities employee well-being and invests in the success and development of its workforce.

Seize this opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking journey towards a cleaner, greener future with Australia's leading renewable energy provider! Apply now and embark on a rewarding career path with us.
