Sunraysia Community Health Service (SCHS) is a dynamic organisation promoting health, wellbeing and independence in a social model of health. Position Purpose
To engage effectively, assess risk and safety plan with people accessing services at The Orange Door. This involves responding to referrals including family violence reports from Victoria Police. Referrals are received in relation to child wellbeing and family violence support.
The Hub Practitioner will primarily work with person’s using violence but will also be required to work with victim survivors and vulnerable families.
We have opportunities to work within The Orange Door at either Swan Hill or Mildura depending on the successful applicant’s location.
