We are looking for someone who is comfortable with various HR operations and happy to jump in and assist with tasks, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, HRMS management, and ensuring HR checks and balances are being followed to demonstrate best practices. What will you be doing in your new role?
- Identifying ways to better support and enhance our HR process through automation, with a focus on efficiency improvements and data integrity.
- Performing follow-up work to ensure HR checks and balances and/or actions are completed per the HR quality framework.
- Always be on the look out to identify continuous improvement opportunities to help provide a streamlined service offering to our stakeholders and the wider business.
- Demonstrate your strength by building strong partnerships with stakeholders, taking the initiative, and providing consultative guidance as you develop your internal relationships.
- Demonstrate strong capability in partnering with stakeholders, taking initiative and a strong consultative nature.
- A solid grasp of HR fundamentals is crucial, including recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Ensuring the onboarding experience of new team members is adhered to and employees are inducted and oriented appropriately.
- Establishing strong and lasting relationships with various stakeholders in order to pave the way for thriving school-based traineeships.
What will help you in securing an opportunity to work with us?:
- Be knowledgeable and/or a willingness to want to learn HR fundamentals, including recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, people performance management, compensation, development, and HR compliance.
