Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated People and Capability Partner to join our People, Culture & Quality team in Dandenong, Victoria. The primary objective of this role is to provide strategic, advisory, and operational support to managers and employees throughout the employment life cycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong stakeholder relationships, maintaining HRIS data accuracy, leading key projects to support HR strategies, and serving as the main point of contact for recruitment/talent acquisition.
About you:
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
- A Bachelor's degree or certification in Human Resources, or related field (preferred)
- A minimum of 6 months experience in the HR sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, to connect with various internal and external stakeholder
- The ability to build effective relationships with people leaders to empower further learning and development
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems
- Adaptable nature and hones problem solving skills
- Project management experience
- Experience in managing a recruitment portfolio
- A positive mindset and go-getter approach to tasks

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advice and operational support to organisation leaders
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships with people leaders and staff and provide guidance relating HR Matters where necessary
- Manage Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and ensure the proficient and accurate maintenance of data
- Identify and improve opportunities in HR processes
- Lead key projects to support HR strategies
- Oversee recruitment processes for dedicated service area and provide end to end support to both hiring managers and candidates
- Serve as the main point of contact for recruitment/talent acquisition
- Undertake general HR administration tasks including supporting with customer and staff queries; data storage and documentation; policy review, development and implementation
