HUMAN RESOURCE COORDINATOR
Adria Care is seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator with a fantastic approach to working in a team environment and relevant experience, preferably gained within the health or aged care sector.

Adria Care has been operating since 1994 and is located in Stirling, ACT. Adria care provides exceptional residential care for up to 42 residents, including 2 dedicated respite rooms and a Special Care Unit. In addition, our village offers 36 Independent Living Units, ensuring a supportive and secure environment for all residents. We are committed to upholding the highest standards of care, enriching the daily lives of those we serve.
ROLE SUMMARY
As our HR Coordinator you will be a key member of our team and play a pivotal role in helping to support Adria care to deliver on our mission to provide our residents with the highest standard of care that enhances their daily lives.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator to work in a small and caring environment and lead the daily HR function whilst being offered a highly competitive salary package and a wide range of flexible working options.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or equivalent HR work experience.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Suite and industry-specific HR systems such as Employment Hero.
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with minimal supervision.
- Respect, patience, and empathy for the needs of aged individuals, particularly those from diverse cultural backgrounds.

HOURS OF WORK
- This is a Part-time position with 0.6 FTE (negotiable).
- Flexible location, days and days are negotiable for the right candidate.
