Position Overview

As the Human Resources Manager at MPM Marketing Services, you will oversee all aspects of HR to ensure the efficient management of their workforce. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, performance, and organisational culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that drive organisational growth and sustainability, positioning MPM Marketing Services as an employer of choice.
- Talent Management: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent, oversee the seamless onboarding process, and manage performance evaluations to maximise employee potential.
- Culture Champion: Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment by championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, fostering a sense of belonging among all team members.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilise HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and initiatives, making data-driven decisions that continuously enhance their HR practices.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Stay informed about industry trends, employment laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks effectively.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with a knack for problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced environments.
- Certifications: HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred, showcasing your commitment to professional excellence.
