About the Role
Truly dedicated, authentic and passionate people make up this medium-sized respected NFP organisation, who are seeking a like-minded and experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function in both a strategic and operational capacity.
Playing an integral role as a member of the Executive team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the HR strategy to support the strategic direction of the organisation, ensuring best practice and legislative compliance, while fostering a consistently positive employment experience for all employees.
About You
To be successful in this position, it is essential that you possess HR management experience across a full generalist remit, with demonstrated experience in:
- strategy and change management experience;
- workforce planning;
- policy and procedure development;
- compensation and benefits;
- learning and development;
- information systems management;
- end-to-end recruitment management.
Possessing a mixture of NFP and private experience is highly desirable.
