About the Role.

As the People and Culture Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our workplace environment. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations & training, and fostering a culture that aligns with SeaLink values.
Based in the beautiful Whitsundays, they will be part of a team that values integrity and teamwork and provide a customer focused, high quality People & Culture consultancy service.
About You
Key to your success in this role, you will demonstrate experience working independently in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You will have exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
- Tertiary Qualifications or higher in a Human Resource related discipline (essential)
- Experience in a senior people and culture role with a focus on employee relations.
- Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on culture development.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of employment legislation, remuneration and benefits, safety, employee engagement, and employee development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
