About the Role
As the Human Resources Manager, you will support the effective operations of the firm by providing professional HR advice and support.
You will:
- Develop and implement a range of HR initiatives that improve team performance and engagement, and align to Preston Law’s core objectives, including policies, programs and strategies that support employee onboarding, engagement, development, performance management and retention.
- Devise and execute recruitment strategies.
- Manage the salary benchmarking and remuneration review process for the firm.
- Develop and deliver training / workshops.
- Managing processes and drafting documentation relating to the employment lifecycle.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of HR legislation and practices.
Skills and Experience
- Tertiary Qualification in HR or equivalent experience/qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge of employment legislation (modern awards, applicable Acts).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
